C1: Capture — Performance Foundation

  1. I regularly document my wins, contributions, and key outcomes as they happen.
  2. I keep track of feedback (positive or constructive) from managers, peers, or stakeholders.
  3. I can easily recall specific examples of my impact from the last 30–90 days.
  4. My contributions—including behind-the-scenes or “invisible” work—are written down somewhere private.
  5. When asked about my performance, I don’t rely on memory alone.

Self-Grade: Add your scores (1–5) and calculate: (Q1 + Q2 + Q3 + Q4 + Q5) ÷ 5 = Capture Score
